Dr. Guna Seelan Rethinam first discovered his passion for people and organisational enablement over 25 years ago. The gaps between academia and industries inspired him to join Sunway University, where he shares his industrial knowledge and experiences with the academic world. Drawing on andragogy principles, he fosters self-directed, lifelong learning. His approach equips students with knowledge to tackle future challenges, blending adult education methods with capacity-building strategies. 

As an experienced HR professional, he has worked in telecommunications, automobiles, top consulting firms, and global companies. Over the years, he has developed seamless presentation and teaching skills, enabling him to share knowledge effectively using real-life case studies that resonate with people at all levels of an organisation.
