Dr. Adam She Long is a senior lecturer at Sunway Business School and an associate editor for the Asia-Pacific Journal of Business Administration (Emerald; ABDC, ESCI, Scopus Q2). He simplifies complex concepts to aid student comprehension, focusing on enhancing problem-solving skills and maximising student potential.

As a researcher, Dr. Adam has authored over 30 internationally indexed articles and presented at numerous international conferences, earning research awards. He has been an active reviewer for several indexed and reputable journals. Additionally, he is dedicated to conducting workshops, having initiated both face-to-face and online sessions on Structural Equation Modelling (including SEM-AMOS and SmartPLS) to empower other researchers in improving their skills.
